- A detailed comprehensive roadmap through the whole divorce process – that takes you through the emotional, financial, and legal aspects as well as children and divorce. It offers an organized format broken down into doable pieces.
- A Separation Agreement template to get started making you aware of all your options upfront and gives you a short path (or the shortest possible path) to a final agreement.
- Mediation for both spouses together. Or solo- one spouse can craft the Agreement that covers everything needed in the Agreement – give it to their spouse and they check off what they agree to – normally accomplished in eight weeks. The remaining issues are mediated.
- All the support, materials, and information you need for a Pro Se (Do it Yourself) Divorce.
- Coaching for whatever needs you may have.
2. What are your hours?
Our hours are flexible. We work with you to find a mutually agreeable time; that can include evenings or weekends.
3. Where do we meet?
Our practice is over the phone. You can get divorced in the comfort of your own home. From past experience, we have found this to be a very effective vehicle.
4. Do you meet with one or both spouses?
During our complimentary consultation we will determine with you the best way to get started. You can either meet together or solo. We are very experienced working with adversarial couples. Depending on your personal situation, some meetings may be with both spouses, others with one spouse.
5. How long is each meeting?
Each meeting is normally one hour. However, we can meet for longer periods of time.
6. How much will my divorce cost?
The majority of our clients buy our comprehensive package which costs $1,999. This is a flat fee with no hidden costs.
7. How long will it take me to get divorced?
Typically, our clients can develop a Separation Agreement that both parties mutually agree to within 3-12 months. However, based on your availability and the extent of the “contention” some divorces can take longer.
8. Do you really help someone divorce in any state?
Yes. This program is applicable in all states!
9. What do you charge hourly for coaching?
Our hourly rate is $175.00.
10. Can you help me decide whether or not I should get divorced?
Yes. I offer marital coaching to help you determine whether or not your marriage is salvageable. I also offer divorce coaching even for clients who have already retained an attorney.
